Exchange Policy

Hello there: Due to the current Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation, we’ve deemed it necessary to temporarily halt all exchanges or returns for store credit, until such time that more information is available from the CDC regarding virus transmission and de-activation. This is for your protection and ours – and we appreciate your cooperation with this change. We know it’s a big adjustment – you can read our “normal” exchange policy below. We hope to get back to that soon – but until further notice, all sales are final.

Due to the intimate nature of the products we offer, we only accept purchased items back as an exchange for similar items or merchandise credit with a receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Items to be exchanged must be in new condition, unworn, and with original tags attached, and all exchanges must be made in-person – we are unable to accept exchanges by mail.

Underwear, personal care items, laundry soaps, adhesive products, and items that have been reduced in price are always FINAL SALE.
